Staying active is important for everyone, and at Ridgemede, we make it enjoyable too. One of our residents, who is an incredible 102 years old, loves our Friday afternoon wellness sessions. The room fills with movement, laughter, and a wonderful sense togetherness that lifts everyone’s spirits.
